Pull dolly slowly out from under the trailer.

Replacement.
Set brakes on unit.
INSTALL, RUBBER PAD STIFF LEG 24563 3614013
Remove safety wire on shank nut.
If the handle will not pull outward when the vehicle
Tighten nut to 200 lb-ft.
LEG: Replaceable rubber block mounted to drawbar supported brackets
Remove shank nut and shank washer.
(3) grease ZERK locations for - Jaw, Trip Block, Lever/Jaw Connection
Tighten nut to 25 lb-ft.
Install Locking Ring
Use forklift for hostler to pull against drawbar
Short Lever Roadside release w/ hitch pin through adjusting rod
OIL SEALS: Federal Mogul # M380025TXO - 5 Star Gold seal - hub installed
Lubricate the shank of the new drawbar eye with rubber lubricant or soapy
After the drawbar eye is in place, clean the threads on the shank and coat the

• Set the brakes on the trailer. Use a forklift or hostler to push against the
Apply grease to hub piloted wheel pads before assembly
Install the shank washer and thread the shank nut onto the shank.
Tighten the shank nut until three to four threads remain exposed inside the nut.
Position hub pilot pad to 12 o-clock position before installing wheels
Install a Silver Eagle safety wire on the shank nut to prevent it from backing off.
PUSH/PULL VALVE: Sealco #17620 - No pop-off pressure feature with steel stem
Install push pull protection bracket
Periodically check the tightness of the shank nut and adjust as necessary.
HARNESS - POWER DROP Phillips "Power Drop" harness to feed Calamp GPS and PSI systems from 5-pin ABS connector
(1) Trucklite#15219 LED License Lamp w/ pigtail & AMP connector
Note: Dielectric lube is to be applied to all connections and to 7-way receptacle.
PUSH PULL GUARD Bolt-on Guard to prevent damage to Push/Pull valve and avoid hose hooking on knob.
Include original of Federal Annual Inspection form in document box, keep a record copy.
DECALS: Furnish and install unit and car numbers 1-1/2 high on reflective decal onto each drawbar.
Furnish and install TT165 New York Thruway decal
Perform Fed. Annual Inspection (Install document in document box)
Install FAI Decal near VIN plate - UPS part number 3416634 - Vomella Graphics
Furnish and install 5" UPS logo on curbside drawbar
Furnish and install PMI date on record box, letters to be 1.50" high
PMI date must be based on a 11 month cycle from date of inspection
Install Mylar tape on backside of license plate - secure with Huck rivets
