Engineered before we cut steel.

Every Silver Eagle build starts in SolidWorks. We simulate stress, fatigue, and load distribution before a single piece of plate goes under the laser — because a change is cheap on a screen and expensive on a shop floor. The goal isn’t just a design that works on day one; it’s one that keeps working after a decade of hard miles.

When the design is right, the same engineers walk it across the floor to the fabricators. No third-party handoff, no translation loss, no waiting on an outside supplier to interpret what we meant. That short distance is a big part of why our equipment holds tolerance longer and asks less of your maintenance shop.

How it works

CAD & 3D Modeling

SolidWorks-driven design.

We keep decades of parametric models — frames, fifth wheels, suspensions, drawbars — and adapt them to your exact load profile instead of starting from a blank sheet. Proven geometry, tuned to your run.

FEA & Simulation

Stress and fatigue caught on the screen.

Finite-element analysis finds the weak points before the road does. We simulate dynamic loading, fatigue cycles, and worst-case scenarios so what leaves our shop is engineered against the failure modes that actually matter.

Prototyping & Testing

We test our own designs.

We build a prototype, run it in the field, and iterate. Our engineers watch their own work go through hookup, hauling, and teardown — the only honest way to find what needs fixing before it ships to you.
