The need
A field-deployed launcher for an unmanned aircraft has to be light enough to move, rugged enough to survive deployment, and precise enough that the aircraft leaves the rail exactly the same way every single time.
What we build
Precision-fabricated Mark IV launch structures, welded to AWS D17.1 — the aerospace weld standard — and finished to survive the field. The same engineers who design our trailers set the fixtures and tolerances this work demands.
Why it matters
Defense and aerospace customers come to us because “close enough” isn’t in the vocabulary. We’d rather over-engineer it and prove it than ship something we’re not sure of.
