Silver Eagle Composite Chemical Tanker

A tanker that does not corrode from the inside.

Inert composite inner shell engineered for the specific chemistry of your cargo. Where steel-lined tankers pit and weep on a predictable timeline, composite stays inert.

Where it fits

The freight is corrosive. The tank should not be.

Aggressive chemicals destroy steel-lined tankers from the inside on a schedule you can graph. Pitting starts. Welds weep. Eventually the tank gets pulled out of service and the operator pays for an early replacement.

Our composite chemical tanker uses an inert composite inner shell engineered for the specific chemistry of your cargo. The lifecycle math works out before you factor in the safety case for not having corroded welds carrying corrosive freight.

How it's engineered

INERT SHELL

Engineered to the chemistry, not the catalog.

The inner shell is specified for the cargo you actually haul. No galvanic corrosion. No pitting. No weeping welds. The shell is engineered to behave the same in year ten as it did on day one.

CHASSIS-TANK COUPLING

Steel chassis, composite tank, single conversation.

The chassis is the same heavy Silver Eagle steel platform that carries our heaviest dolly and trailer builds. The composite tank rides on it. Steel-grade structural margin plus inert-shell longevity, engineered together.

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

Built for the certification cycle you have to pass.

Chemical haul lives inside a tight regulatory framework. Every Silver Eagle composite chemical tanker is engineered around the certification and inspection regime your operation has to satisfy.

  • Specialty industrial chemical logistics
  • Regulatory environments that demand inert containment
  • Mixed-load operations inside the same vehicle class
  • Heavy Silver Eagle steel chassis with composite tank

Spec your tanker

Corrosive freight deserves an inert tank.

Tell our engineering team the chemistry. We’ll spec the shell, the chassis, and the certification path around it.
