Silver Eagle Falcon · Lean Converter Dolly
The dolly that respects the driver who hooks it.
Same Silver Eagle suspension, same finishing, same Portland floor — engineered down to a 50-pound lift-off weight so a long shift of hookups does not cost a driver their back.

Where the Falcon fits
Same Silver Eagle suspension. Half the lift-off.
The Falcon is the answer to a question we kept getting from fleet safety managers: can we have the Silver Eagle ride and durability, with the lift-off weight engineered for drivers who hook and unhook ten or twelve times a shift?
The answer is the Falcon. Same two-stage transverse leaf spring suspension as the Eagle. Same 11-stage E-coat. Same shop floor. The engineering work is in how the drawbar and fifth wheel geometry are tuned to pull the working lift-off down to 50 pounds without giving up structural margin.
Why it hooks easier
Three engineering decisions a driver can feel on shift one.
LIFT-OFF WEIGHT
50 pounds. That is the whole point.
Most converter dollies make a driver fight 70 to 90 pounds at the kingpin to hook up. The Falcon engineers the lift-off down to a working 50 pounds — measurable, repeatable, and dramatically easier on backs and shoulders across a long shift.
HOOKUP ERGONOMICS
Side-pull handle. Visual kingpin indicator.
A front pull handle so the driver never has to reach across the dolly. A visual kingpin indicator so locking confirmation does not require a flashlight and a guess. The Falcon is engineered around the way a hookup actually happens at 5 a.m. in the rain.
SAFETY MATH
Fewer high-pinning incidents. Fewer comp claims.
High-pinning — when a driver mistakes a partial latch for a full one — is one of the most expensive single-event injuries in transportation. The Falcon’s visual kingpin indicator and lower lift-off are the two design moves most directly aimed at preventing it.

Fleet safety managers at the country's largest parcel, food, and military logistics operations have specified the Falcon for the human cost reasons that do not show up on a spec sheet.
